Overview
Hakimzadi Sheikh is Counsel at Legum Law Firm and a founding partner of Corporate Law Solutions. An Advocate of the High Court of Sindh, she has more than five years of legal practice focused on corporate and commercial law and regulatory compliance.
Before co-founding Corporate Law Solutions, she worked with W&A Law Associates, advising on corporate matters and drafting and vetting commercial agreements. At Corporate Law Solutions, she leads work on contracts, corporate governance and compliance management.
Her work spans the preparation and review of commercial agreements and the governance and compliance questions that follow from them. At W&A Law Associates she advised on corporate matters and drafted and vetted contracts; she now leads related client engagements at Corporate Law Solutions. This experience connects the wording of a transaction with the rules that apply to the business carrying it out.
Hakimzadi’s background includes both advisory and advocacy work. She brings that perspective to the assessment of contractual obligations, corporate decisions and regulatory requirements, while her practice at Legum remains centred on corporate and business law.
