Mr. Khan served for nine years as a Judicial Member of the Sindh Environmental Protection Tribunal, where he presided over significant environmental litigation and regulatory enforcement proceedings. His tenure contributed to the development of environmental jurisprudence and compliance mechanisms in the province.

Before his judicial role, Mr. Khan was a Senior Public Prosecutor at the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), where he prosecuted complex white-collar crime and corruption cases across multiple jurisdictions. His work at NAB involved high-stakes trials concerning public accountability, asset recovery, and financial misconduct.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Khan served as a Panel Advocate for Pakistan Customs in proceedings before the Special Court for Control of Narcotic Substances (CNS), where he prosecuted complex narcotics and drug-related cases.

For more than a decade, Mr. Khan has also maintained an active criminal defence practice in the private sector. He has successfully defended clients in a wide range of high-profile, sensitive, and technically challenging criminal matters, including white-collar offences, narcotics prosecutions, and regulatory violations.
