Overview
Hannan Iqbal is Counsel at Legum Law Firm and a founding partner of Corporate Law Solutions. He is an advocate of the District and High Courts of Sindh, an accredited mediator and a legal academic with more than a decade of experience in advocacy, dispute resolution and legal education.
Before co-founding Corporate Law Solutions, he served as Manager Legal & Corporate Affairs at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, working on compliance, governance, contracts, legal notices and litigation. He has taught Jurisprudence and Legal Theory for the University of London International Programme for more than six years, including at SZABIST and Denning Law.
At Corporate Law Solutions, Hannan’s work includes reviewing and drafting contracts, legal due diligence, corporate governance and compliance management. His earlier institutional role at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan involved both advisory work and litigation-related matters, giving him experience with the way regulatory obligations and commercial decisions can lead to disputes.
His accreditation as a mediator adds a structured dispute-resolution perspective to his advocacy. Alongside legal practice, his teaching of jurisprudence and legal theory for the University of London International Programme has connected practical questions of legal process with sustained academic work.

At Legum, his assigned work includes corporate and business law, medical malpractice and constitutional law. His corporate advisory experience includes agreements, legal due diligence, governance and compliance.
His Legum practice also includes civil litigation. He considers the applicable procedure, documents and available routes to resolution when working with the litigation team.
